Kamino Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 28, 2026
Kamino is operated by Kamino LLC, based in Florida, United States. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, marketplace, AI personalities, agency tools, and connected messaging features. Contact us at help@kaminoclub.com or 123 Boca Drive, Boca Raton, Florida 33498, United States.
Information we collect
Account details. We collect your name, username, email address, profile information, settings, and confirmation that you are at least 18. For email/password accounts, we store a password hash rather than your password. We also maintain login sessions and records used to protect accounts.
Social sign-in. If you choose Google or X sign-in, we receive the provider's account identifier, name, and verified or confirmed email address. We use these details to create your account, authenticate you, and manage account linking. X sign-in does not retrieve your posts, direct messages, followers, or contacts, and does not post on your behalf. X access tokens are used during sign-in to retrieve identity and are not stored. We do not use X identity data to train AI models, sell it, or use it for advertising or surveillance. Google and X independently handle information under their own privacy policies.
Conversations and preferences. We process messages you send, generated replies, conversation history, personalization settings, onboarding answers, and saved memories when those features are used. Messages may reveal sensitive information you choose to provide. Do not include passwords, financial account details, or other information unnecessary for the conversation.
Creator and agency information. We process agency membership and roles, creator profiles, images, voice or other media, uploaded source files, and material submitted to configure or test an AI personality. Information selected for publication, such as a creator's profile, is visible to visitors.
Connected channels and support. If you connect Telegram, we process the channel identifiers, verification records, and messages needed for that connection. We also retain subscription/access records, notification preferences, and support requests. Messaging platforms process data under their own terms.
Technical information. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request times, device/browser details, and error or security records. We use cookies necessary for login and social sign-in.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, deliver AI replies, maintain conversation continuity, manage access and subscriptions, support creators and agencies, answer requests, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations. Personalization may use your conversation history and saved preferences.
Our service sends relevant prompts, conversation context, and media to the AI or voice providers needed to deliver the feature you request. Sending context to generate a reply is distinct from using it to train a general-purpose model. The providers that process a feature may also retain or use information under their applicable terms and settings; this policy does not promise that every third-party provider excludes conversation data from training.
Who receives information
We disclose information to hosting, storage, AI, voice, and messaging providers as needed to operate the service. Authorized Kamino personnel may access information for operations, support, security, or legal obligations. Authorized agency personnel may access creator-management and studio information, including connected conversation records and memories available to their roles, to operate and manage their AI personalities.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.
Storage and retention
Kamino currently uses AWS infrastructure in the United States. Other providers may process information in other countries.
We keep information for the purposes described here, including maintaining your account, resolving disputes, security, and legal obligations. We aim to delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
Clearing a conversation or resetting a channel affects that feature's records; it is not an account-deletion request and does not necessarily erase provider records or backups. Disconnecting X in X's settings does not itself delete your Kamino account.
Your choices and requests
You can update available profile and preference settings, use available conversation or memory controls, and revoke social-login access through the provider. Contact help@kaminoclub.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights. We may verify your identity and retain information where the law permits or requires it. Some rights depend on where you live and which laws apply; you may also have the right to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, obtain a portable copy, appeal a decision, or contact a privacy regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Age, security, and changes
Kamino is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a minor has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service; no system can guarantee absolute security. We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice where required.
