Kamino Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Kamino, operated by Kamino LLC in Florida, United States. Contact: help@kaminoclub.com; 123 Boca Drive, Boca Raton, Florida 33498, United States. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter these Terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share or transfer access in a way that bypasses service restrictions. If you act for an agency or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Google or X login is optional. Those providers operate independently and may change or withdraw their services. You must authorize the requested identity access to use social login. Matching an existing account's email does not by itself authorize linking that account.

AI personalities and generated content

Kamino provides access to AI-generated personalities and related creator tools. You are interacting with AI; a response is not a statement, commitment, or personal message from the person represented by a creator profile. Generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional decisions. Review outputs before using or sharing them.

A creator profile, subscription, or conversation does not guarantee personal contact with a creator, any particular response, or uninterrupted availability. Features and supported channels may change.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kamino to break the law, exploit or sexualize minors, distribute nonconsensual intimate content, threaten or harass others, commit fraud, or infringe another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not create deceptive impersonations or upload a person's likeness or voice without the rights and permissions needed for your use. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malware.

Report suspected abuse or rights violations to help@kaminoclub.com with enough information for us to investigate. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your report.

Your content and creator materials

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Kamino a nonexclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and, where you choose publication, display that content as necessary to provide the service and your selected features. This includes sending relevant material to service providers for AI generation and processing. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Kamino.

You are responsible for obtaining permissions for uploaded text, images, audio, voice samples, likenesses, and other material. Agencies are responsible for authorizing their team members and ensuring that their creator materials and published profiles are lawful. Removing or restricting content may be necessary where rights or consent are disputed.

Outputs may resemble content generated for other users, and we do not guarantee exclusivity or that every output qualifies for copyright protection. Nothing in these Terms gives you rights in another person's name, likeness, trademarks, or other protected material.

Subscriptions and charges

Any paid offering must disclose its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and applicable refund terms before purchase. You authorize only charges disclosed and accepted at checkout. Cancelling access does not automatically determine whether a payment is refundable; statutory rights and the terms disclosed for the purchase apply.

Third-party services

Google, X, Telegram, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. Their availability and policies may affect connected features. Do not assume a Kamino deletion or reset removes information from an independent third-party account.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Kamino and contact help@kaminoclub.com to request account closure. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, security risks, or legal requirements. We will provide notice and an opportunity to contact us where appropriate and lawful. Ending access does not remove rights or payment obligations that already arose. Data handling after closure is described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of error-free or uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and contact

We may update features and these Terms. Material changes will receive notice where required, with an effective date and any consent required by law. If you do not accept an applicable update, stop using the affected service. Contact help@kaminoclub.com for account, billing, abuse, or terms questions.
