Acceptable Use Policy

Draft — legal operator, effective date, and contact details pending completion.

Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE].

Legal operator: [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME — individual or formed entity]. Formation jurisdiction, if applicable: [STATE / COUNTRY]. Business correspondence address: [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS].

Scope and permitted use

These rules describe permitted use of Kamino's website, marketplace, agency tools, creator profiles, uploads, AI conversations, generated media, and connected messaging features. They cover material you submit, request, publish, distribute, or use to configure a clone, including private conversations and draft profiles.

Use Kamino lawfully, respect other people's rights, and follow the age requirements, creator boundaries, and restrictions shown for each feature. A request being technically possible or an AI producing an output does not make the use permitted.

Protection of minors and consent

Do not create, request, upload, share, or promote sexual content involving anyone under 18, anyone presented as under 18, or anyone whose adult status is uncertain. This prohibition includes fictional, synthetic, altered, and age-regressed depictions, sexualized school-age roleplay, grooming, and child sexual exploitation.

Do not create or distribute nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, coerced sexual content, voyeuristic material, or sexual content involving an unconscious person or someone unable to consent. Do not facilitate trafficking, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, or sexual activity involving animals. Labeling a request fictional does not excuse prohibited exploitation or identity misuse.

Identity, likeness, voice, and intellectual property

Do not impersonate a person deceptively or use a real person's name, likeness, voice, photographs, recordings, or private information without the rights and permissions required for the intended use. Public availability, agency membership, a social-media link, or access to a file does not establish those rights.

Creators and agencies must obtain and maintain authorization for source material, voice synthesis, image generation, publication, and any commercial use they enable. Adult use requires specific authorization for that use; general permission to create a clone is insufficient. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or remove disclosures to pass generated material off as genuine.

Abuse, deception, and harmful conduct

Do not threaten, stalk, harass, blackmail, dox, or target people with hateful abuse. Do not encourage violence, self-harm, exploitation, or other unlawful injury, or use the service to obtain instructions that facilitate such conduct.

Do not commit fraud, conduct phishing, run scams, send unsolicited promotions, fabricate endorsements, or use a cloned voice or identity to trick someone into disclosing information or transferring money. Do not solicit passwords, identity documents, financial credentials, or private contact details from other users through a clone.

Account and platform security

Protect your account, agency roles, and connected messaging accounts. Do not share access to bypass eligibility or access restrictions, submit false verification material, or use accounts you are not authorized to control.

Do not introduce malware, access another person's records, defeat authentication or rate limits, evade content safeguards, overload the service, or use automated collection that violates applicable law, access restrictions, or third-party rights. Do not probe nonpublic systems without authorization.

Adult features and creator boundaries

Adult material is permitted only where lawful, within the permissions of the represented creator and the limits of the enabled feature. Every person depicted or represented in sexual material must be an adult and any required consent must be documented. Do not request prohibited content or pressure a clone to bypass creator boundaries or provider restrictions.

Do not share adult material with minors or people who have not agreed to receive it. You are responsible for the legality of your use and distribution in your location; an age confirmation alone does not authorize access where additional verification or restrictions apply.

Reports and enforcement

Report suspected violations through Help and Support or [CONTENT REPORTING EMAIL / CONTACT URL]. Provide the profile or content reference and a concise explanation. Do not download or forward unlawful material to make a report.

Kamino may restrict a feature, decline a request, remove content, unpublish a profile, suspend access, or end an account as reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, or legal obligations. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent restrictions. Automated safeguards and review can make mistakes and do not guarantee that all prohibited material is detected.

You may request review of a restriction using [APPEALS EMAIL / CONTACT URL] with the reference and relevant evidence. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights, creates a refund rule, or prevents reporting suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.
