Kamino is intended only for people aged 18 or older who can lawfully enter an agreement and use the requested service in their location. If a higher minimum age or additional eligibility rule applies to a feature in your location, you must meet that requirement too.
These conditions apply to account holders, agency team members, creators, testers, and users of connected messaging features. Parental permission does not make a person under 18 eligible. Do not allow minors to use your account or view adult material through it.
Account and representative information
Provide accurate account and eligibility information, protect login credentials and connection codes, and use only accounts and messaging identities you control. Do not submit false age information, borrowed identification, or another person's verification records.
Anyone acting for an agency or creator must have authority for the proposed action. Being an agency member does not alone authorize licensing a creator's identity, voice, or source material. Separate creator permission is required.
Age confirmation and verification
An account age confirmation, social sign-in, or linked Telegram or WhatsApp account is not government-ID verification and does not establish that additional age-assurance duties have been satisfied. Access controls and verification requirements may differ by feature and location.
Kamino may require proportionate age or identity evidence before permitting a restricted feature or continuing access. If the required check is unavailable or cannot be completed, the affected access may be withheld. Do not send identity documents in ordinary chat or support forms; follow a specific secure verification instruction.
Creators and people represented in media
Real people represented in a clone must be adults and must authorize the intended use of their identity and source material. Every person depicted in adult source material must have been at least 18 when it was made. An adult's current age does not authorize sexual use of childhood photographs or recordings.
Sexualized depictions of minors, people presented as minors, and people whose adult status is uncertain are prohibited, including fictional or generated depictions. Synthetic content does not create an exception to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Location and feature restrictions
A visible profile or enabled setting does not establish that every feature is lawful everywhere. Use the service only where your access, the content, and any required verification are permitted. Do not bypass geographic restrictions, provider safeguards, or age checks.
Features may be unavailable because of local requirements, creator permission, moderation decisions, or the capabilities of a connected channel. Permission to use one feature does not authorize access to other restricted features.
Suspected underage access or content
Report suspected underage access or prohibited depictions through Help and Support or [CONTENT REPORTING EMAIL / CONTACT URL]. Include enough information to locate the account or material without redistributing unlawful content.
Kamino may restrict access while reviewing eligibility and handle associated information according to applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Requests concerning a minor's information may be directed to [PRIVACY EMAIL / CONTACT URL]. Nothing in this document represents that an identity check has already been performed on every user or creator.
