Agency and Creator Verification Requirements

Draft — legal operator, effective date, and contact details pending completion.

Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE].

Legal operator: [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME — individual or formed entity]. Formation jurisdiction, if applicable: [STATE / COUNTRY]. Business correspondence address: [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS].

Purpose and scope

This document describes the base evidence expected for agencies and creators using Kamino's clone-management tools. The evidence should establish identity, adult status, authority to act, and permission for each intended use. Additional requirements may apply to particular features, locations, providers, or payment arrangements.

The current clone-creation flow records acceptance of the Terms and a confirmation that the submitter has the required rights. That confirmation is not independent identity verification or a signed creator release. This document does not establish a verification badge, automatic approval, or an operational identity-document upload service.

Agency and representative evidence

Identify the agency's legal operator, any trading name, its business location, a responsible adult representative, and that representative's role and reply contact. If the agency is an individual business, identify the individual; do not describe it as an LLC or corporation unless that entity exists.

Where requested, supply relevant formation or registration evidence and proof that the representative may act for the agency. Identify the scope of team permissions and retain evidence that the agency may manage each represented creator. Registration evidence does not by itself establish rights to a person's likeness or voice.

Creator identity and adult status

For a real-person clone, the agency or creator must be able to establish the represented person's identity and adult status. A valid government-issued photo ID or another accepted verification method may be requested through a designated secure process. A profile photo, account age checkbox, or public social-media page alone is not sufficient independent evidence.

Evidence must match the person represented and the name on the permission record. Any additional identity matching should be proportionate and specifically requested; do not submit biometric data or unrequested recordings. For fictional identities, identify them as fictional and retain the rights to their source assets rather than submitting a fabricated personal ID.

Written permissions and source rights

Before making a real-person clone available, hold written authorization covering the actual proposed uses: the person's name and likeness, voice cloning or synthesis, AI configuration and reference processing, generated outputs, publication and distribution, and commercial use where applicable. Identify the authorized parties, relevant assets and features, duration, limits, and withdrawal or dispute procedure.

Adult imagery or sexualized use requires separate, explicit permission for those uses and the relevant source material. General creator authorization or agency representation is insufficient. Permission from the depicted person does not replace permission from a photographer, recording owner, or another rights holder when required.

Retain records linking each voice model, image reference set, recording, photograph, and other source asset to the corresponding rights evidence. Material involving additional identifiable people requires their relevant permissions too. Consent for one clone or feature is not blanket permission for unrelated uses.

Additional adult-content records

For adult source material, establish that each depicted person was at least 18 at creation and consented to the applicable depiction and distribution. Retain the required releases and asset records in a restricted location. Do not submit material with uncertain age, disputed consent, or prohibited content.

Some uses may trigger additional recordkeeping, disclosure, age-assurance, or provider requirements, including applicable obligations under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A. This document does not determine that every synthetic output is subject to those provisions or exempt from them, and does not certify compliance. Applicable requirements must be resolved before the affected feature is offered.

Submission and review

Verification contact and secure submission instructions: [SECURE DOCUMENT SUBMISSION CONTACT / URL]. The Document Submission Guide explains how to organize records. Do not upload identity documents or signed agreements into the photo, voice, or personality-source fields of a clone.

Kamino may request relevant evidence, clarification, or updated authorization and may restrict publication or a disputed feature while the evidence is reviewed. There is no guaranteed approval time. A successful source upload, generated preview, or published profile is not proof that a formal verification review has occurred.

Ongoing responsibilities and record protection

Keep evidence current and report changes in representation, permissions, adult-content scope, or identity through [VERIFICATION CONTACT EMAIL / URL]. Stop using material outside the permission granted and report a dispute promptly. A withdrawal request is handled according to the authorization, applicable law, and the Content Reporting and Removal procedure.

Limit access to verification records and collect only evidence needed for the stated purpose. Handle submission, retention, and deletion under the applicable privacy notice and any legal recordkeeping duties. Verification establishes only what the reviewed evidence supports; it is not an endorsement of a creator or a guarantee of lawful conduct.
