Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE].
Legal operator: [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME — individual or formed entity]. Formation jurisdiction, if applicable: [STATE / COUNTRY]. Business correspondence address: [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS].
Where to submit
Use only [SECURE DOCUMENT SUBMISSION CONTACT / URL] and follow the instructions issued for your agency or creator. The secure submission destination is pending completion. This page provides instructions; it is not an upload form or confirmation that a document-review service is available.
Kamino's existing creator uploads are for photographs, voice samples, and other clone source material. Do not place government IDs, signed releases, tax records, or formation documents in those fields, public profiles, AI conversations, or ordinary support forms. Do not send sensitive records to a contact supplied by a clone or an unsolicited message.
Prepare a relevant document package
Identify the agency's legal operator and responsible representative, the relevant creator name and @username or profile reference, and the features being requested. Include a brief inventory linking each requested document to its purpose. Submit records for one agency or creator at a time unless instructed otherwise.
When requested, include agency authority or registration evidence, creator identity and age evidence, signed likeness or voice permissions, relevant asset licenses, and any separate adult-use authorization. The Agency and Creator Verification Requirements document explains the evidence categories. Do not invent formation information for an entity that does not yet exist.
Readable, authentic, and limited records
Use clear copies in the format requested by the reviewer. Preserve the names, dates, signatures, permission scope, and other information necessary for the specific check. Do not alter records, omit qualifying restrictions, or submit expired evidence as current.
Redact unrelated financial details, passwords, account credentials, and other information not needed for the review. If unsure whether an ID field can be redacted, request secure instructions before sending it. Never include a full payment-card number, security code, bot token, login code, or unrelated private conversation.
Permissions and third-party information
Submit another person's records only when authorized and necessary for the stated review. Explain the agency representative's authority and identify the person or organization that owns each source asset. Signatures must come from the person granting the rights or a representative with documented authority.
Do not attach intimate source images to establish adult-use permission; provide the relevant signed authorization and asset reference unless a separate, lawful secure process specifically requires the source. Never submit suspected child sexual abuse material. Report disputed or unlawful material through Content Reporting and Removal instead.
Submit and keep your reference
Confirm the destination against the completed Support and Contact page before transmitting sensitive records. Include a reply contact and the agency or creator reference requested. Keep a copy of the package and any submission reference in your own restricted records.
Uploading a file or receiving a reference is not approval. A reviewer may ask for a corrected copy, missing authority, or permission for a particular feature. Do not enable a use for which the required permission or review remains unresolved. This guide does not promise a review deadline.
Updates, corrections, and privacy requests
Use [VERIFICATION CONTACT EMAIL / URL] to report changed representation, expired records, incorrect information, or permission changes, quoting the original reference where available. Clearly identify a replacement record and the record it supersedes. Do not repeatedly resend sensitive documents through multiple channels.
The Privacy Policy describes how submitted information is handled. Privacy requests may be sent to [PRIVACY EMAIL / CONTACT URL] once completed. Records may need to be retained for applicable legal, rights, security, or dispute obligations; this guide does not promise a fixed retention period or immediate deletion of every copy.
