Content Reporting and Removal

Draft — legal operator, effective date, and contact details pending completion.

Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE].

Legal operator: [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME — individual or formed entity]. Formation jurisdiction, if applicable: [STATE / COUNTRY]. Business correspondence address: [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS].

Who can report and what to report

Anyone may report suspected unlawful content, underage material, nonconsensual intimate imagery, unauthorized likeness or voice use, impersonation, harassment, scams, or infringement of rights. You do not need a subscription or an account to use the public reporting contact once it is completed.

Reports may concern a public profile, source material, generated text, voice, images, or delivery through a connected channel. A person depicted or represented, a rights holder, or an authorized representative may request removal or restriction of affected material.

How to submit a report

Signed-in marketplace users can open Help and Support and use Report Profile, or begin from a suggestion's reporting control. Select the relevant reason, identify the profile by its @username, and describe the concern. The profile form is an account-based reporting tool, not a public document-upload portal.

For reports without an account, material that cannot be identified by a profile, or urgent rights and removal requests, use [CONTENT REPORTING EMAIL / CONTACT URL]. That public contact is pending completion in this draft.

Information that helps locate and review material

Provide your reply address; the profile URL or @username; the content or message reference, channel, and approximate date and time; the reason for reporting; and the action you are requesting. Explain your relationship to the affected person or rights if relevant. Provide a limited, redacted screenshot only when lawful and necessary.

Do not download, repost, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material or unlawful intimate media. A location and description are sufficient to start a report. We may request proportionate additional information through an appropriate secure channel; do not send a government ID through an ordinary report form.

Nonconsensual intimate imagery and synthetic depictions

This category includes intimate images or videos shared without consent and synthetic or altered depictions of an identifiable person. An affected individual or authorized representative should identify the material and its location, include a physical or electronic signature, explain in good faith that it was published without the individual's consent, and provide contact information. A typed name may serve as an electronic signature where legally sufficient.

Where the TAKE IT DOWN Act applies, a valid removal request requires removal of the reported depiction within 48 hours and reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within that period. Other applicable legal deadlines also govern. This draft states the applicable framework; it does not certify that Kamino's intake or removal controls have been validated.

For reports involving minors or immediate danger, contact the appropriate authorities as well. Do not redistribute the material. A complaint about nonconsensual intimate imagery does not require a copyright registration or ownership of the image.

Identity, creator consent, and copyright complaints

For unauthorized name, likeness, or voice use, identify the person or rights involved and explain the missing, exceeded, or withdrawn permission. Agency membership and a clone-creation checkbox do not establish that a disputed use was authorized. Consent disputes may require the relevant signed permission and evidence of the representative's authority.

For copyright complaints, identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, and your authority to act. A formal DMCA notice also requires contact information, a signature, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized by the owner, its agent, or law, and a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury. Copyright notices contact: [COPYRIGHT NOTICES CONTACT DETAILS]. This draft does not represent that a DMCA agent has been registered or that safe-harbor protection has been established.

Copyright notices, counter-notices, and any restoration are handled under the procedures and deadlines applicable to the notice. Repeated copyright violations may lead to termination in appropriate circumstances. A copyright procedure does not displace urgent safety or nonconsensual-content obligations.

Review and possible action

Kamino may restrict disputed material or access while reviewing a report, request relevant evidence, remove or unpublish content, disable affected features, or suspend an account. Where a review establishes illegality or required consent cannot be established, the affected material must not remain available. An automated filter or an initially accepted upload is not proof of permission.

The response depends on the material, available evidence, and applicable obligations. We do not promise a general resolution deadline or that a report automatically results in removal. Any mandatory deadline takes priority. A removal from Kamino does not guarantee deletion of copies controlled by users or independent platforms; those platforms may need a separate report.

Report information may be shared with authorized reviewers, relevant service providers, the account responsible for disputed material, or authorities where reasonably necessary or required. We limit disclosure to what is appropriate for the review and legal process, but cannot promise absolute anonymity.

Follow-up, appeals, and other rights

Keep any returned reference and use it when asking about a report. Request review of a decision through [APPEALS EMAIL / CONTACT URL], explaining the decision challenged and supplying relevant evidence. An appeal does not authorize republication of restricted material or delay a legally required removal.

Submit reports honestly and do not use the process to harass others or conceal evidence of a violation. You may seek assistance from authorities or pursue legal remedies independently. This procedure does not waive any rights under applicable law.
